The reward is a coupon toward your subscription, not a cash payout, and it is issued after their payment is verified.

A SaaS subscription is a recurring monthly, yearly or 3-year plan on our hosted platform. A One-Time License is a single upfront payment for the right to use the agreed functionality. Both give you your own isolated workspace; the difference is how you pay.

Onetap Business OS has a 7-day trial for ₹99 — a paid trial, not a free one. You pay ₹99 securely, your own isolated workspace is provisioned automatically once the payment is verified, and you get full access for 7 days. Access ends automatically when the trial expires unless you subscribe to a paid plan.

After your ₹99 payment is verified on our server, your business (tenant) and owner admin account are created automatically, a 7-day trial subscription is activated, your entitlements are switched on, and you receive a confirmation email with a secure sign-in link — no manual steps.

When the 7-day trial expires, access is paused until you subscribe. Subscribe to an eligible plan — Standard Annual, Business Annual, a 3-Year subscription, or a One-Time License — and you receive 1 additional month free on top of the period you buy (month-to-month plans don't include the bonus). Your data is always retained.

The Standard plan includes up to 5 users and Business up to 25; these are configurable per plan. Enterprise arrangements are available by contacting sales.

Yes. You can convert the trial to a paid plan and change plans; subscriptions are recurring and can be cancelled. One-time licenses are a single upfront purchase.

Access is controlled on the server. If a subscription lapses or the trial expires, access to the product is paused until it is renewed — your data is retained.

Yes. Each business is a separate tenant and your data is scoped to your own company on the server. You never see another business's data, and other businesses never see yours.

Yes. The product includes CSV import/export for core records such as products, parties, leads and inventory.
